Shipments and Returns

 

Receiving your Order:

Shipping lead-times vary as to whether the product is stocked or Made-To-Order. We are happy to provide estimated lead-times from the manufacturer. Please keep in mind the JumpGear.us will attempt to accommodate your wishes, but is not responsible for delayed shipments.

For insurance purposes, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. Shippers will not drop-off a package without signed documentation. If a shipment is returned without authorization, there will be an additional freight charge imposed to re-ship the order. JumpGear.us will send a shipment link and/or tracking via email when your item(s) are shipped.

Freight fees will vary and are not only calculated by weight, but may be affected when the package is considered oversized. For example skis usually fall into this category as well as other items if they are over 54” in length. Jump Gear will contact you if the freight indicated on your order needs to be adjusted.

 

Returns and Claims for Defective Merchandise:

Items which are listed as “Made-To-Order” or “Special Order” are not returnable and are non-cancelable. In these instances, we will require that payment be made In-Advance. Monies received for products which fall into these categories are nonrefundable.

If you receive a “defective item”, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. We are unable to accept returns due to Manufacturer Defect. JumpGear.us is not responsible for the quality and/or performance of products sold or any loss, damage or injury resulting from product use. Please contact us, and we will provide Manufacturer contact information for submission of your claim.

 

For damaged products received as a result of shipping:

If product packaging is visibly damaged and you suspect damage to its contents, please notify the delivering carrier (driver) who is on-site, immediately. Should you discover the damage after the item has been delivered, take pictures or document the damage before opening the package. Should you open the package, attempt to do so without disturbing the contents and if you notice damage, contact your carrier or JumpGear.us immediately.

A damage claim for a product(s) not reported within 72 hours after receipt will not be eligible for return.

 

 

Receipt of Missing or Incorrect Items:

If there are missing items from your shipment or you receive items that were not ordered, please contact JumpGear.us within 72 hours. We will dispatch product to complete your order as quickly as possible. In the event that the incorrect item was shipped, JG will issue a Call-Tag for that item(s), whereby our carrier will pick up from your door. If carrier pick-up is not available, we will issue instructions for return and credit your account for shipping expenses incurred.

JumpGear.us will not be responsible for claims of lost-use or loss suffered for conditions due to late delivery.

 

Items which are returned without advance notice or authorization from JumpGear.us will not be accepted or will be returned to purchaser after receipt.
